Decided I'm going to hold on to the 23 for a while but plan on relisting it after I purchase a 19. Gun show in Pasadena tomorrow so I hope I can find one.

Re: WTT gen3 G23 for a G19

Good luck. Brand new Gen 4 G19s are hard to get even for dealers. You can get Gen 3 guns still. Not sure what the cause is, but obviously Glock is having some kind of problem fulfilling all the orders they have outstanding in a timely manner. Maybe recent .mil contracts for the G19 have something to do with it? All I know is that I recently bought a used gen 4 g19 from another member here. It was in very good condition and included a Big Dot front sight, but it was still priced quite a bit higher than I would have expected. But I paid the price because it was what I could find locally. Even Gunbroker.com doesn't have a lot of Gen4 G19s.

Try an Academy. I've seen some there. Then you can sell your 23.

Thanks for the heads up! I can sit on this for a while. I also have about 1k rounds of different manufacturers I can't decide to sell or not. I'll probably regret it if (when) I ever own another 40...

Yep I'm pretty sure you're right. I was at Academy & Brass Pro in the last few days & they both told me that the G19's, 26's & 43's are far & few between cause of a contract the Gov has with Glock right now. They haven't seen any for several weeks if not longer & if they do, they're gone before they hit the case.
I can't help, I'm hanging on to my gen 4 G19.
Good luck Armed, hope you find one.
