30.06 and 30.07 does not apply when you are in-control of business. Criminals cannot compute that bit of the law.

I'm still stunned that the BG was in clear violation of 30.07 by entering the premises OC. Could it be that posting 30.06 and/or 30.07 does nothing at all to actually keep a BG out???

And I wonder why this is relevant:
"Police did not confirm if the store manager had a license to carry. A lieutenant said the case may be referred to a grand jury."

Statement 1) is irrelevant in this case. Standard question by the press just to keep the liberals at ease.Glockster wrote:Beiruty wrote:Dallas: Metro PC no-OC Posted Store get robbed... but the the robber get shot by an employee.

I was primarily thinking of the first one (just copied the whole quote) and agree that my point was probably more of what the heck does that matter then kind of comment.

Of course, we recently learned they can send a misdemeanor charge to the grand jury, if the DA wants to.

True, I'm surprised though that a Dallas PD lieutenant would make the determination?Pawpaw wrote:I thought that only applied if the "shootee" died.Beiruty wrote:Statement 1) is irrelevant in this case.
