Processing since April 4...

Hey guys, I am new to the forum. All of my documents were submitted for processing 4/4/16. I have not heard anything and I have tried calling and sending emails and nothing. When I check the status of my application, it tells me nothing at all. (See below) I see a lot of people on here saying that their status changed fairly quickly and I am now on day 63 and cant seem to get any info what so ever.
Does anyone else have this problem?

What you're seeing is the same thing everyone else see's when they are still being processed myself included. When you see the options to change your address etc. after logging in is when your status has changed. I have been all in since 4/13/16 and I'm still waiting.
