At Least 19 Dead, 20 Injured in Tokyo Stabbing Attack

Took place at a facility for the handicapped in Tokyo suburb of Sagamihara. Police say the attacker used a knife, and began the murders shortly after 2:30 a.m. Tokyo time.

Developing. Little more information available at this time.
