Convicted killers on parole arrested for armed robberies

Two men arrested in a string of armed robberies in Dallas over the last two weeks are no strangers to violent crime. Both are convicted murders who were recently paroled.

Police say Royneco Harris and Cortney Woods are two of the suspects in at least two armed robberies in old East Dallas and downtown.

The suspects are now 18 years old. But when they were 14, they took part in the robbery and murder of Octavius Lanier, who was shoved into a DART train in 2011.

There...fixed it for you. When I first read yours above, I thought they shoved him inside the train. But it turns out they actually killed the guy by shoving him against a moving train.

And what do we do with violent animals? We remove them from the gene pool. But apparently, these animals are out on the street less than 5 years later. Assuming it took a while to arrest, try, and convict them, it can be assumed they spent just a few measly years in prison for a brutal murder.

Wilson Henderson, of Hollywood, Fla., was convicted of “use of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime.”

Kenneth Evans, of Fort Worth, Texas, was convicted of “use and carry firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime and aiding and abetting.”

Mark Anthony Clark, of Rockford, Ill., was convicted of “possession of a firearm by a felon/fugitive from justice and aiding and abetting,” as well as of conspiracy to distribute 100 grams of meth.

Artis Sangria McGraw, a two-time felon was nabbed in 2001 as part of a federal-local task force specifically aimed at prosecuting gun crimes. He was caught dealing drugs in a neighborhood of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and had a loaded .38 caliber revolver — with the serial number obliterated.

Kenneth H. Smith was convicted of lying to a firearms dealer.

Carolyn Yvonne Butler was convicted of three counts of armed bank robbery.

Robert Joe Young was convicted of using a gun while trafficking drugs and obstruction of justice. Young was arrested with more than 3 pounds of methamphetamine, was already on probation when he was arrested again, was deemed by local law enforcement to be a major drug supplier to his area and had 40 guns, according to the National Association of Assistant U.S. Attorneys, which represents rank-and-file federal prosecutors.

I guess that's why they want to pass more gun laws, obviously the ones we have aren't working because criminals aren't obeying them. How in the world does releasing these miscreants, fit the agenda? If you are not going to enforce laws on the books, why push for more laws that you don't plan on enforcing? Well I guess Barry will have more blood on his hands soon.

Exactly, because obviously the laws aren't stringent enough. Never mind the fact that they were convicted and incarcerated on gun charges and would have still been behind bars, that part of that narrative will have to be edited for time constraints.
