Proof of special condition
What is the term proof of special condition mean? Mine showed unacceptable. Also said notice mailed to recipient.

Proof of special condition would be if you were asking for Veterans discount or active duty under 21yrs old, you would need to provide proof, like a DD214. Call them. I had problems with mine and the guy asked if I had the little discharge certificate on the wall. When I told him yes, he said, "fax it to me and we will be good." so I did and I was...lol. It wasn't $25 then though...daggummit...
