It sounds as if Mr. Jones was going to have to disarm in order to go in to work. I wonder if his gun was on his body or concealed in his car. Very impressive to be able to produce and use a gun in your car allegedly being held at gun point. Hopefully Wal-Mart gave him the rest of the day off.

There are quite a few instances of a victim being quicker and surprising the BG because the victim is acting, while the BG has to react to the victim.

In the imbedded link(click on the bullets line) to channel 7 news, it says that a hazardous waste company was cleaning up after the incident. I thought that was very appropriate. 
Take away the Second first, and the First is gone in a second
