Domestic violence call. My understanding most dangerous for officers. Man who they were talking to suddenly pulled a gun and started shooting.

The murderer was arrested with body armor and high capacity magazines, but was unarmed.

Previously arrested for lots of bad things. 26 years old.

Now he will live out the rest of his life in prison. They should have saved the taxpayers the cost and sent him to hell.

My prayers go out to the families. What a senseless crime.

But he couldn't have had a gun. They passed a law and he was not allowed!

Memorial service today for murdered police officers. First deaths for police officers in Palm Springs in 50 years. Officer who was a month from retirement and a rookie who had just returned from maternity leave.

Now sounds like an ambush. Murderer fired through a screen door with a popular semi automatic rifle wearing body armor. They haven't decided yet whether to charge him with Capital Murder. Really?

They do plan to pursue charges of having a high capacity magazine.
