TX: Staged murder leads to conviction

I found this a bit different:

Two days later, the undercover officer returned with staged photos of her husband appearing to show him shirtless in a ditch with a bullet wound to his temple. Sosa allegedly smiled, shook the undercover officer's hand and paid him an extra $1,000, according to prosecutors.

And then:

The couple has since divorced.
