Austin Convention Center

I am attending an event here and every door is posted with both concealed and open carry signs. This is not event specific they are permanent signs on the doors.

Yep, they are posted. Building is owned by city. There are several comments on the Texas 3006 database site https://www.texas3006.com/view.php?id=2282
