September 2017 LTC wait time for applicant in San Antonio

It was faster than expected. I have just received my card today and i would like to share my timeline with those who are currently waiting for the plastic.

9/10/17 Completed class and obtained LTC-100 form
9/10/17 Applied for LTC online
9/11/17 RSD sent an e-mail confirmed that the application has been received
9/12/17 Completed bio-metric with Identogo
9/15/17 LTC status available online and bio-metric has been received by RSD - Background check "pending" (the most annoying part because it took longer than other process)
9/22/17 Background check completed - "Print pending"
9/26/17 Status changed to "mailed" - check mailbox on the same day and the plastic is there.

Plastic in the hand within 16 days after submit the application.
