As long as a bank doesn't have a 30.06 can you CC inside?

Thats' correct. No compliant sign or verbal notice, you can carry.

I carry openly in the Wells Fargo branches I use. I don't go into banks that post 30.06 or 30.07. Too easy to find a bank I like better.

I must admit it was a bit strange feeling when I open carried in our little Security State Bank branch office for the first time but I quickly got over it
