WTS 1917 Ithaca Flues 20 ga
Hey all,
I need to come up with some cash to fund a car repair, so as much as I hate to do it, I have to part with some guns. I'll be adding more later, and pics, but to start....
20 ga side by side Ithaca Flues. The serial number has it manufactured back in 1917, Ithaca's heyday. Gun has dual triggers, no rust, and is in great condition. It's been a safe queen for the last couple (few) decades.
Asking $900 OBO.

If I weren’t in hot pursuit of a couple of other items, I would have been interested. This sounds like a really interesting gun. Did you ever bring it to one of our skeet shoots at Alpine?
BTW, I’ve been wondering what happened to you. Glad to see you posting again. How’s life?

I never brought it to a skeet shoot, no. It's a beautiful gun though...it was the first shotgun I ever fired.
Life is going well...except for this car thing. Lol.
How have you been?

I’ve been fine, thanks for asking. Just older, whiter-haired, and maybe a little fatter.Ropin wrote: Sat Jul 21, 2018 12:29 pm TAM,

I have the following items on my acquisition list:
- A Ruger PC 9 carbine. (I doubt you’d have one....they’re really hard to get lately.)
- A Mossberg 930 SPX tactical semiauto shotgun......or maybe a Stoeger or Benelli inertial drive tactical shotgun.
- A Henry or Marlin .45-70 lever action in a “guide gun” configuration.
If you’ve got one you’d like to part with, I’d be amenable to taking a look at it.
OH....almost forgot.....I wouldn’t mind having a 4” or so barreled stainless .357 magnum revolver from either S&W or Ruger.

GrabGun just listed the Ruger PC9 today for $499 in one of their specials email. The Annoyed Man wrote: Tue Jul 24, 2018 12:04 pmRopin wrote: Sat Jul 21, 2018 11:34 am I never brought it to a skeet shoot, no. It's a beautiful gun though...it was the first shotgun I ever fired.

I have the following items on my acquisition list:
I already have a Keltec 9mm carbine, so the Ruger is more of a want than a need. I already have a Mossberg 590A1 pump action tactical shotgun, so the semiauto is more of a want than a need. I don’t have a .45-70 lever action rifle. I don’t absolutely NEED one, but I do absolutely WANT one. So my guess is that’s what I’ll pick up first.
