CA: Woman shoots kidnapper

Woman yells out window of vehicle to police officer that she's being kidnapped. Officer gives chase, man driving vehicle crashes into some other cars. When cops get to vehicle, they find woman apparently shot the man.

At first read looks like SD, awaiting more details.
