TX: Man formally on death row for murdering Police Officer and woman released

DA did not release phone records to defense.

Apparently showed he was on the phone at the time of the murders.

But I think land line phone and other people had access.

New Investigation showed he was innocent.

Two police union presidents disagree.

This will require some digging to figure out what’s up as there must have been some other evidence.
