Great Grandmother arrested at Disney World, after she tried to bring a small amount of CBD oil into the park in her purse. Spent 12 hours in jail had to post bond.
Dr. In TN prescribed it for her arthritis. Does not produce a high. Illegal in Florida and most likely in Texas.
DA dropped charges as I assume the security guard who was searching her purse was looking for weapons and didn’t have a warrant or something like that.
