I would prefer a once and for all ruling that strikes down all gun control laws, but it looks like it'll be one domino at a time since that's how we got to this point to begin with!

We have! But as long as places like New York, California are able to make laws against the 2nd Amendment we have a ways to go! Taking them down piece meal seems like the long way around!anygunanywhere wrote: Wed Jul 24, 2019 12:00 pmI thought we had made great strides since 1968.crazy2medic wrote: Wed Jul 24, 2019 9:42 am I would prefer a once and for all ruling that strikes down all gun control laws, but it looks like it'll be one domino at a time since that's how we got to this point to begin with!

Not only that, SCOTUS, has not been eager, to even hear a lot of cases, allowing rulings in lower courts to stand. Especially in the cases of Commiefornia, where the Ninth Circuit, gives gun grabbers Carte Blanche.
