How many guns do you own?

Post by KBCraig »

In light of the recently published figures showing U.S. citizens as the world's most heavily armed, I thought I'd throw up a quick poll about how many guns we own.

Just a rough total, no need to break it down into handguns/long guns, hunting guns, collector pieces, etc.

Could you clarify whether this is just the individual posting or his or her entire household?

I don't own any guns (or at least none I'll admit to owning in a public poll)!

Jim -- I'm including my whole household in the total.

Mithras -- You can vote without posting anything. ;-)

That could make a big difference. Although I'll have to answer with how many I had before that tragic boating accident... ;-)

Nobody's business but mine. I'm not too sure this is such a good idea to post how many guns one owns on an internet forum.

You're not paranoid if they really are out to get you.

I don't think it's being paranoid just private. I'd give the same answer about other belongings.

That's what the voices told me to say!

Durn! Aluminum foil hat is just a little.....there! Fixed it.

Number of firearms, more than I can shoot with my current schedule. Not as many as I want. I will catch up shooting them all in 2008.

Mrs. Anygun thinks I have way too many.
