This is primarly a video report, almost no text. Mentions intruder "cased" the apartment, attacked and "scratched" and "bit" the tenant, and the tenant killed him. Not specified how, whether gun, knife, choked, etc.

Crazy the guy climbs two stories up just to find the victim and continues to bite and scratch the homeowner :confused5 Everyday you hear something new
