This don’t smell right to me. Random attacker, two different weapons (Gun and presumably a knife)?
I suspect there is love, lust, drugs, or money involved somewhere in this.

Suspect arrested, now its one male victim, chocked and then stabbed to death. Second victim female, stabbed but go away.
No mention of a shooting Now but they still mention he had a gun.
