Memorial Day, in America, is a time of solemn contemplation and joyous celebration. As we remember fallen comrades, let us also remember to celebrate that their last full measure of devotion was not given in vain.

I remember, daily. My brother Sp4 Michael Vernon Solomon died Oct. 21, 1970 while serving honorably in South Vietnam. I miss you brother.
