It's sad, I remember when NM was a cowboy western state and VA was a proud southern state. The rest of 'em are still populated by freeloading yankee liberals and illegal immigrants. I also remember when looters, rioters, and murderers would be shot in self-defense and/or in the commission of their obvious crimes. Are there too many lawyers?

Too much mass news media, too many celebrities, and too many people who believe that every cell phone video they see is an accurate depiction of events.

Too many government functionaries for DC invaded Northern VA and too many Californians went to NM. We are seeing that here in Texas now with the invasions of northeastern liberals and California escapees all of whom want the great job market in Texas our lower cost of living and lower taxes, but do not share our views on individual liberties.

:iagree: We need to implement a ban on anyone from a libtard state. I don't get it. These snowflakes leave Kalifornia because life sux there and then want to turn us into Kalifornia.

We saw this very thing when we lived in central Florida some 30 years ago. Yankees, escaping their weather and neighbors, would move to Florida and the first thing out of their mouth was, '....that's not the way we do/did it back home'. :grumble

We have one foot over the cliff. Remember Hillary got 44% of the Texas vote in 2016. The rural regions saved the state.
