Hence my earlier comment about Taurus's poor reputation for customer service. I understand your current handgun is a "good one", but that is meaningless when making the decision to purchase the next firearm if you cannot rely upon customer service to take care of you.
Don't know about their customer service, have never had to use them, but again there are some who say it is great and others who say it's terrible, kind of depends on who you want to listen to
