I've had mine for 8 days now, and it has been my primary carry holster during the past week. My other "primary" is a Safariland Shadow® II Pancake Holster. The pistol is a G19, and I am left-handed (if that matters). Here's what it boils down to.....
The Alien Gear Cloak Mod OWB is much more convenient for daily use, but it has two (sort of) flaws:
While easier to mount/dismount the paddle than other paddle holsters, on visual/tactile examination, the paddle also seems flimsier than my other paddle holsters. It may not be flimsier, but it seems like it is. OTH, once it is on, it doesn't feel that way.
The only way to improve retention (tightening the four screws on the shell) also makes the gun more difficult to draw. So you have to find the amount of tension that suits you and your gun, realizing that it will be a compromise. At the "factory" settings, the gun would fall out of the holster if inverted. Tight enough to prevent that is also tight enough to slow down your draw by some perceptible amount. In contrast, the Safariland pancake relies on a thumb snap for retention. The flip side of that is that, tight or loose, the Alien is much easier for reholstering ,while reholstering with the thumbsnap is always a little bit of a production.
The Safariland pancake holster is a MUCH better concealment holster. I carry concealed when at church (my church is posted 30.07), and because I am frequently on stage as part of the worship team, I prefer a holster that isn't going to be too obvious to observers under my shirt. The Alien holster makes for a pretty obvious bulge under an untucked shirt, while the Safariland holster hugs the gun in tightly to the body.
So, I have primarily used the Alien for OC, and the Safariland for CC.

First off, I found that holster holds really well to my body unlike some other holsters. I would like to note that I do not have a gun belt and this lays against me without flopping around. Perhaps this has to do with how the clasp (paddle) works. There are plenty of adjustments to customize this. Im impressed with the Lifetime Warranty as well as the FREE shell swaps if you get a new gun. Also you can swap the shells!
Mount can be mounted to just about anything that won't collapse! They provide 3 types of screws: drywall with the toggle bolts, wood screws and plastic screws. Hey, get this! they even include a drill bit for the wood and plastic screws. once I found where I wanted to mount in my vehicle i put up the paper templete, put 4 holes and screwed it in. I honestly didn't think it would hold! but once the contraption is together, it is VERY secure.
See the posted video, I HARDLY EVER make a video but I had to for this one! Very impressed!!!
