Just a quick question.

Just a quick question when I call the phone number it will not let you talk to someone, recording says to send email. When sending Email they do not respond. Does anyone have a better number to call to check status?

Yes, the recording says to use the email. But don't listen to it. Just stay on the phone until someone picks up.

When the recording finishes it just hangs up. Got to love it....I'm about 45 days now waiting.

I remember that happening to me one time. Where it didn't keep me on hold, instead it hung up. But the other two or three times that I called someone eventually answered....

From my experience in the last month, anytime between 11 and usually 130 or after 5pm will get you the automated message, try calling earlier of later. I think with their new extended hours they are open from 7am to 7pm. I had the best luck on the 2 occasions (when it went through) calling before 9am.

I have never had a problem getting through. FYI, I called yesterday and they now have a new option to leave a call-back number in lieu of waiting on the line. I waited on the line and talked to an agent after about a 10 minute wait. Also, the automated message now gives you an approximate wait time.

I wouldn't even call until 60 days have passed.
