Are they all 5 year renewals? Do you have to take the class each time. I seem to remember something about the third renewal, but can't find it. Any assistance will be appreciated.
You are remembering some old information. The current law is no more classes. For renewal, you can just go online and "git-r-done" every 5 years.

Thank so much. Now that's good news. My wife's renewal is this year. Something else I noticed while searching around on getting and renewing LTC was the proficiency requirement. It seems to me the target set was different the last two times I did it. I thought it was 3,5, and 7 yards. Now it says 3,7, and 15 yards. Memory is the first thing to go.

No more proficiency requirement for renewals either, so distance doesn't matter

Thanks, I figured that one out. Just wanted to know if the distances had changed at some point in time. I guess you don't know either.
