Um, take a closer look at that sign. I don't think it is aimed at law abiding CC customers... ;-)

So according to the sign, you cannot open carry with a bag of stolen merchandise and a cap on. But without the bag and cap should be OK? :thumbs2: :rolll
I think in Austin it MUST be a RE-USABLE bag, not the single use plastic ones.
