From your forum moniker I can understand why it was the first one you set up!1911 10MM wrote:Here is one of the two that will hold my Ruger SR1911 Commander. The other case will be for My 1911 10mm.1911 10MM wrote:Thanks for posting I just purchased 2 of them myself.
I was thinking that this would make a good case for my camera gear.Charles L. Cotton wrote:I just bought the last one at the El Dorado location in Houston. I don't know what I'll use it for, but it's a good buy at $20.
Chas.
I have some Tannerite that begs to differ. I wonder what their warranty says (as opposed to their marketing).brhalltx wrote:Indestructible? Hmmm.

I just noticed the picture of the camera on the case. Doh!
Which store did you go to ? Unless they got some more in, Charles said he bought the last one at the El Dorado store.twomillenium wrote:I bought two, went back last night and bought two more. Good cases, great prices. I didn't think about the spotting scope, may have to get one more.
I believe the only requirement that the TSA has is that it is solid and lockable .. The case is indeed, solid and it can be secured with up to two locks. I will use two keyed small locks. People have used the flimsy plastic cases that originally held their handguns, and this is much more secure and solid than they are.puma guy wrote:I don't know what TSA requires, but it's a hard case with two metal shrouded points for locks. The hinge joint is enclosed on the outer end and the other end is half shrouded. It has a pressure release valve. The only rating it has is IP55 for dust and water intrusion.nightmare69 wrote:Would this case meet TSA requirements?
The website says they're in stock at Eldorado and the Fuqua stores.WildBill wrote:Which store did you go to ? Thanks. When I checked, none were available at the two stores closest to me. Went back online and found them available in Katy. Bought two; more of a drive than I'd like, but I'll pick 'em up Friday morning.Flightmare wrote:http://www.samsclub.com/sams/16in-safet ... 0353692.ip
