I just don't get why they waited until over 90 million vote have been cast to bring out this info.

Better late than never does not apply if joe wins. :banghead:

A tangent: if his sister-in-law took the gun out of his car and put it in a dumpster, isn't she guilty of a) stealing the gun, and b) leaving it unsecured against a child find it, which I think is against the law in Delaware?

Not going to hold my breath that any of them will face any charges.

I doubt she would be charged with theft unless the owner of the gun (Hunter) decided to press charges.

I think there would be a better case on leaving it unsecured, especially in a state like Delaware.

You would think a state that seriously thinks gun control is for controlling gun crime would prosecute any theft of a handgun... but then, there you go.
