Anybody have any thoughts/experience

Thanks and

That's interesting. We had occassion to visit my BIL in Alabama last week who is a LEO. He said Don Humes and Ackers were the holsters of choice in his department.Mike1951 wrote:I've bought a few Don Hume holsters and the belt holsters were almost usable.
But I'll never forget a shoulder holster that I bought from Don Hume. The first several times I tried to wear it, the brads holding it together would pop out and various sections would come apart. Before it was ever usable, I took it to a leather shop and had every fastener replaced.
I consider Don Hume to be the low end manufacturer of factory made holsters and can't hold a candle to any custom maker.
Just my opinion, of course.
