Darn shame they canceled that one ...
Only TV series I ever bought on DVD
I think that The Unit died when the Sarge (Dennis Haysbert) let himself get so fat that he couldn't even move when he was in a field uniform. In the last episode I saw, he was just comical. Reminded me of the Michelin Man. Sarge Michelin!!

Nothing wrong with putting on a few but I think not if one has that type of job.

Before that, it was a fun show to keep up with.

You do realize NCIS was a spin off from JAG.

Oh yea, and was my mom upset when JAG got cancelled. I never watched JAG and didn't pick up on NCIS until a few seasons in.

NCIS LA is just a bit too pretty and somewhat unbelievable even by TV standards.

:cheers2:
Yes, it is a Donald Bellisario production. He has had created some great shows that I always enjoyed watching, including Magnum, P.I., Airwolf, Quantum Leap, JAG, and now NCIS. He was also writer/producer on Black Sheep Squadron and the original Battlestar Galactica series. All of these were my favorite shows when they were on. :thumbs2:

I thought "The Unit" jumped the shark when they start involving the wives on missions.

Have you noticed how DiNozzo keeps going on about Stringellow Hawk, and even used it as an alias one time?

It should run after "CSI Miami".

Does it show that I think it's a really dumb show?

:iagree: The original NCIS is one of my favorite shows but I'm having a hard time getting to like the LA version. I don't know if it is the combination of characters or what. It seems to have gotten a little better lately.
:iagree:

Since the beginning of the new season, I record NCIS, skip NCIS LA, and watch both 'Lost' episodes at those time slots.
