How's the Weather there?

Post by USA1 »

I don't know about y'all, but the last couple of days here in Houston and Tomball have been delightful.
After several weeks of stifling heat and humidity, this front that came through has made it enjoyable to be outdoors.

I feel as fresh as a daisy.

Not too bad in Denton, TX. It was horribly hot Monday but has been much cooler since then. Wednesday was probably the coolest day of the week.

Mid to upper 90s with occasional thunderstorm activity up this way, through next Wednesday. The day before yesterday was positively Californian here.

It was 66 when I left home this morning... almost chilly!

I was finally able to ride my motorcycle to work this morning. With temps in the low 70's it made for a pleasant ride. The 95-ish that it will be this afternoon on the ride home will not be so pleasant.

I'm just outside of Houston, and for the last couple of days, I have been thinking that the weather would be perfect for an early round of golf. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) I have been working 12+ hours a day, starting at around 6:00am every day.
