What exactly does "Manfacturing Pending" mean anyways... Mine has been sitting in this status for a week now... I see other people getting their plastic mailed within a couple of days after they get to this status...I wonder what it all entails....

It means all the information is ready to be sent to the printer in order to print your license. Some seem to think they wait until they get a number of them together in order to send, so some may get in early on that cycle or late. I'm not sure if that's true or not though. Also, some others have reported that they've received their license without it ever chaning to "Mailed"... so you may want to keep an eye on the mailbox anyways. But it seems to be typically about 10 days from "Manufacturing Pending" to having it in one's mailbox.
