I wear a thick belt and the clips work just fine. It holds it in place nice and tight.

I wear a ranger style belts. The rear clip works fine, but the front one won't handle the 3 layers of leather up there. That's fine though, I just clip the rear over the belt and the front under the belt. My Taurus 605 stays put just fine regardless of my activities.
If you're handy at all and have access to some Kydex, replacment clips in various styles are super easy to make yourself. I made some J clips last night that I'm going to try out this week. CompTac's clips look really nice, but they're mighty proud of them!

I ordered mine on Friday for my XD. Jimmy sent an email saying that requests are taking 5 to 7 days to get out. This will be my first IWB and may order one for my 1911 after trial run.
