Recently an Arkansas mountain man disputed that his marriage was legal.

He said her daddy's shotgun wasn't loaded. :-)

In related Arkansas news, their Supreme Court had to decide this thorny issue:

If a man and wife get divorced, are they still brother and sister?

Arkansas is also the only state where the Walmarts have greeting cards that say...

"Happy Birthday Uncle Dad!"

Arkansas aside, I think it's great that they finally gave men something to do when the fiancees drag them to bridal shows.

Luckily my wife wanted to elope and not go through all that. She's envious of the fact that I get these frequent shows for my hobby and she's got nothing for hers (knitting).
