The belt clip on my Otter Box broke less than 20 minutes ago. In the time it is taking to write this I looked up their number, called, had a delightful young lady answer the phone (and I could understand her), exchanged information, and had a replacement processing and confirmation email in my inbox.
Folks, that is customer service right there. EXCELLENT!!!
OTOH, Barnes and Noble has lost a couple of my wife's gift card credits for her Nook. It has taken 3 days of phone calls and still no satisfaction...even though they acknowledge it is their problem.
Otter Box has a life-long customer.
