Like Amanda Collins could carry in the parking garage maybe, but her intent was to enter a building so it was stored in the car ...
But nonetheless:
The area is advertised as a
criminal safe zone ... so ... doesn't even matter if she was a licensee or not, the
advertisement of criminal safe zones
