TAM, you are correct. Sorry, I was doing too many things at once this morning. UT professor, and former Yale professor, as well as Georgetown, Harvard, NYU, Boston University, and a handful of others.
What I found interesting, and I did not title it right, is that here is an ACLU member, law professor, who doesn't own a gun, and yet he is compelled to defend the 2nd Amendment - stating that we need to interpret by its original intent.

That was a fascinating read.
I especially liked the oft-mentioned statement of a populace not needing advanced armaments that would be worthless in the face of a governments nuclear arsenal, while comparing it to the example of Northern Ireland vs. the Nuclear-armed might of Great Britain.
