My wife loves purple. Hard to imagine a purple gun though. You might need to post a pic.

I was having a hard time getting my wife to get a gun and learn to shoot it. Not that she was against it, she was just intimidated. Bought her a sig p238 and put some "pretty" pink grips on it and she was ready to go to the range. Reason enough for me!

Just a thought....if the Texas Legislature passes Campus Carry, how many here would consider having a gun done in your alma mater's colors?

As a Baylor grad, I'll have one conspicuous firearm....

Why not do it now? It's not like they are going to pass OC campus carry.

like stated above, my wife has been on the fence of getting/carrying her own pistol for a while now. Recently she decided she wanted to give it another serious consideration. After handling several pistols, she decided on the PK380, has it had all the features she wanted. An external safety and a grip large enough to not need a pinky extension. after a pink hogue slip on, she now carries it in her car everywhere she goes. She takes the class on the 22nd of this month.

As a personal choice I don't particulary care for a handgun (or any gun) in flashy colors, but if it makes Bloomberg cry, I am all for it. :evil2:

I took my best friend's daughter, my "Niece", to a gun show last month.
She "ooohed" and "ahhhed" every Pink handled pistol she saw.

The best part? Now she is calling me to go to the Range... HA!

I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.
